1. Agreement to Terms and Legal Information
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Loyalie ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Loyalie mobile application.
Currently, Loyalie is operated by Isabel Sofia Guillen Reyna (Peruvian nationality) as a private individual residing at 70 rue de Clichy, 75009 Paris, France.
Hosting Provider: The Application’s data is hosted by Supabase, Inc. (Corporate Address: 970 Summer St, Stamford, CT 06905, USA), with servers located in the Paris (France) region.
By accessing the Application, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.
2. Use of the Application (Consumers & Merchants)
The Loyalie application operates a dual-sided platform:
- For Consumers: The app allows users to collect digital loyalty stamps and claim rewards at participating businesses.
- For Merchants: The app provides a dashboard to manage loyalty programs, validate QR codes, and view analytics.
General Rules for All Users:
- You may not use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself during registration.
3. Account Termination & Deletion
- Voluntary Deletion: You may delete your account at any time directly within the app settings. Please note that deleting your account will result in the immediate and permanent forfeiture of all collected stamps and pending rewards.
- Termination by Loyalie: Fraudulent activity, including spoofing locations, scanning unauthorized QR codes, or manipulating the merchant dashboard, will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all data and stamps.
